We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our growth in ANZ. As our first dedicated hire in the region, you will be responsible for carrying forward the region's momentum and shaping how Ailytics grows there over time. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who is resourceful, already well-connected in the market, and ready to build from a running start.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, from qualifying leads, running discovery and demos, navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, and negotiating deal closures.
- Shape the next phase of business development in ANZ, building on the existing momentum established in the region.
- Scale business and drive overall revenue performance and growth for the ANZ region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners across the region, establishing Ailytics' on-the-ground presence in ANZ.
Our Ideal Requirements
- Proven experience running full-cycle enterprise sales, ideally in a B2B or technology environment.
- An existing network of relevant connections in the ANZ market would be a big advantage.
- Comfort operating as the first and only person in a new market, being resourceful, self-driven, and able to build structure where none exists yet.
- Willingness to travel around ANZ region
- Strong commercial acumen and the resilience to manage a demanding, target-driven role.
