Branding and Marketing Executive

By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 500 million square meters!

Our Talent and Branding team is responsible for our employer branding, marketing, and recruitment initiatives. We're a B2B startup in our early stages, and we're looking for someone who can help convey our vision to the world. If you're interested in exploring recruitment, this role can touch upon that as well.

Our ideal is finding someone with both brand/marketing and recruitment experience, but we recognize that this might be a rare combination. We're open to considering candidates with expertise in one of these areas, as long as there is also genuine interest in the other.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You’ll have a front row seat and a direct impact to the continued growth of Ailytics. You'll be working closely with our CEO and other members of our Talent and Branding team to formulate messaging and content strategies.
  • Create content with two main focus pillars; marketing Ailytics' tech offerings for B2B clients, and marketing Ailytics as a top employment destination.
  • Manage our LinkedIn communications, which may include company announcements, event recaps, content pieces, and employee features.
  • Design marketing collaterals (such as banners/flyers) to be used at external expos and other related functions.
  • Work closely with Senior Management and the rest of the Talent and Branding team to formulate employer branding content and strategy.
  • If interested, you may also involved in recruitment efforts for technical, business, and operational positions across APAC.

Our Ideal Requirements

  • Prior experience with any sort of LinkedIn content creation would be a must have. If this isn't something that you have, please do not apply.
  • B2B focused marketing experience would be a big bonus. We're open to considering people from all marketing/branding backgrounds.
  • Great writing ability. Whether it's job descriptions, collaterals, or LinkedIn content, we want somebody that genuinely knows how to write, not just prompt a LLM.
  • Comfort working with limited resources and direction. This will be a true startup experience with less tools, less gameplans, but more freedom.
  • Any sort of past design experience would be a nice-to-have. We’re not looking for a designer, just that some aptitude in this area would be nice.
  • Past web building experience would also be a nice-to-have. Experience with platforms such as WordPress or Webflow would be desired.
  • Good communication skills, patience, and a sense of pride in your work.
