  • Singapore Vision AI and deep tech startup Ailytics has raised US$7.4 million in an oversubscribed Series A led by Tin Men Capital, with Singapore’s SEEDS and Japan’s Safie participating alongside one of Japan’s largest construction companies, family offices, and returning investors.

  • Its proprietary vision AI platform turns existing industrial CCTV into a real-time safety and operations layer. Customers report a 73 per cent reduction in total recordable incident rate and 84 per cent fewer safety non-compliances.

  • With more than 400 deployments in 15 countries, Ailytics will expand across APAC, the US and the Gulf, and into manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, maritime and mining.

Singapore, 26 October 2026 — Ailytics, a Singapore deep tech and vision AI startup that turns existing industrial CCTV into a real-time safety and operations layer, has raised US$7.4 million in a Series A round led by enterprise and frontier tech VC firm Tin Men Capital. SG Growth Capital, and Safie, Japan’s largest cloud camera company, also participated.

The round follows a US$2.7 million pre-Series A led by Tin Men Capital in April 2024. Ailytics has since grown from 70 projects in four countries to more than 400 deployments in 15. Its platform has detected more than 5.7 million hazards and monitored more than 500 million square metres of active worksites across countries including the US, Australia, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Japan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Made for the world’s most dangerous sectors

Nearly three million workers around the world die each year from work-related accidents and diseases, with heavy industries like construction, manufacturing, and marine responsible for 63 per cent of all fatal occupational injuries. In Singapore, construction, manufacturing and transport accounted for over half of all fatal workplace accidents in 2025.

Most worksites in these sectors already have cameras, but the footage is usually reviewed only after an incident.

Ailytics began in construction, on Housing and Development Board (HDB) projects and with contractors including Woh Hup, Obayashi and Soilbuild. It now runs large deployments at NatSteel, the PaxOcean shipyard in Indonesia, DHL, Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci International Airport and more than 1,000 cameras on the Changi Airport Terminal 5 build.

“In five years, we’ve grown from a Singapore start-up into a platform running more than 400 deployments across 15 countries and four continents. This round expands local teams on the ground in the US, Japan, Australia and the Gulf, and in the US we intend to win the mid-sized industrial companies that incumbents have priced out. We are building a global industrial AI company from Singapore, and our biggest chapter is still ahead,” said Lenard Tan, Co-Founder and CEO of Ailytics.

Built for heavy industries anywhere

Ailytic’s AI Video Analytics Platform, Ailyssa, derives three-dimensional spatial understanding from a single two-dimensional feed to provide real-time actionable insights. In June, Ailytics deployed its contextual reasoning engine, AilyssaX, to process contextual scenes on the move and verify multi-step procedures, enabling more accurate and meaningful alerts. Five years of live deployments have trained AilyssaX to work through rain, dust, poor lighting, obstructed views and decades-old cameras, where models built in controlled settings often struggle.

“We’ve already proven that advanced computer vision can run on a decade-old camera and handle safety, productivity and security from one platform. This round lets us build our own domain-specific models and keep the cost of running AI low as demand grows,” said Prateek Manocha, Co-Founder and CTO of Ailytics.

From Singapore deep tech to global enterprise AI

Ailytics began in 2019 as a joint research project between NUS and HDB. Its growth into a globally-exported enterprise deep tech supports Singapore’s goal of bringing 10,000 enterprises and 100,000 workers into the AI economy, and SEEDS’ participation strengthens its Singapore base as it scales into new markets.

Tin Men Capital, which also led Ailytics’ pre-Series A, has worked with the founders on market selection, commercial strategy and international expansion.

“This is a team that truly understands customer workflow and industry compliance requirements to deliver value to massive legacy industries. The access to non-public data also enables the models to be sharper for these specific purposes, and all of this creates a truly defensible moat”, said Jeremy Tan, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Tin Men Capital. “Ailytics has also reached 15 markets at very robust unit economics and client churn below 1 per cent. We definitely want to be right behind the team as it scales globally.”

Ailytics signed a memorandum of understanding with Safie, a supplier to 29 of Japan’s 30 largest construction companies, in April 2026, witnessed by Enterprise Singapore and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Safie’s investment extends that partnership and deepens Ailytics’ position in Japan, one of its priority markets.
