We're looking for a GTM Engineer to expand our business through smart, scalable outreach. This is a role for someone who is energized by developing business strategy, building systems and processes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for new logos, channel and partner opportunities across our priority markets.
- Build and maintain the outbound engine end-to-end, including ICP definition, data sourcing, enrichment, lead scoring, sequencing, and multi-channel orchestration across relevant channels.
- Leverage a modern AI-driven outbound technology stack to maximise volume of targeted, high-quality leads at scale.
- Continuously test, measure, and refine outbound messaging and channels to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Our Ideal Requirements
- Prior experience building or running an outbound engine, ideally in a B2B or startup environment.
- AI-native by default, or deeply familiar with modern growth technologies and comfortable adopting new tools quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to establish ideal prospects, evaluate and scale based on data.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and self-driven environment. We don’t have a system for this yet, you’ll be the one building it.
