We are looking for a Field Engineer to support our camera-based solutions at client sites in Singapore and overseas. You'll be the on-the-ground face of the company: deploying hardware, getting systems running, and training client teams to use them.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role with regular travel between sites, plus overseas trips for deployments and client meetings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install, configure and commission CCTV cameras and related hardware at client sites.
- Connect and integrate our hardware with clients' existing camera systems and networks.
- Diagnose and fix hardware, network and camera issues on site and remotely.
- Act as the main on-site contact for clients, from site survey through handover.
- Run onboarding and training sessions so client teams can use the system confidently.
- Travel overseas for hardware deployments and client meetings when required.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow them through to resolution.
- Keep installation records, site documentation and deployment checklists up to date.
- Share field feedback with the product and engineering teams.
Our Ideal Requirements
- 2+ years of experience dealing directly with clients, on site and in meetings.
- Hands-on experience installing CCTV / IP camera systems.
- Experience working with network systems and resolving technical issues on site.
- Able to plan and deliver onboarding or training sessions to non-technical users.
- Willing to travel overseas for hardware deployments and client visits.
- Good communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
